The nature of two cancer screenings: a charity event that cares for women's health. The publicity efforts of government departments in China are gradually increasing, and social attention to women's health is gradually increasing.

Cervical cancer

● Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies
The incidence of cervical cancer is second only to breast cancer among female reproductive system tumors. There are about 131,500 new cases every year in China, accounting for 28.8% of the total number of new cases of cervical cancer in the world; about 290,000 women die from cervical cancer every year in the world, of which about 50,000 are in our country. And rural areas are higher than urban areas, and the peak age of onset is 40-70 years. With the increase in the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases, the incidence of cervical cancer in young women is on the rise, with an annual growth rate of 2% -3%.
● Cervical cancer has a younger trend
The morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer in China are gradually increasing, and they are obviously becoming younger. It is most concentrated at 36 to 50 years old, accounting for about 57% of the number of patients, especially among women aged 41 to 47. In the 1970s, cervical cancer accounted for only 0.5% of young women under the age of 30, and after the 1990s, the proportion of cervical cancer in young women aged 30 increased to 15% -20%.
● Cervical cancer is hidden and difficult to find in the first place
Due to the deep physiological anatomy of the cervix, when it becomes cancerous, patients often cannot find it through self-examination, which causes many patients with cervical cancer to be asymptomatic until the middle and advanced stages of the disease, leading to the spread of cancer tissue. Therefore, in order to detect cervical cancer at an early stage, it is necessary to carry out a gynecological survey with the help of medical personnel. In order to improve the awareness of cervical cancer prevention among women in Beijing, early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment of cervical cancer can be achieved. Liquid-based thin-layer cytology ( TCT ) is a more advanced diagnostic method.
● Persons at high risk for cervical cancer
1. People infected with human papillomavirus (HPV)
2.Sexual partners
3.Early marriage and multi-parents
4.Age
5.Cervical atypical hyperplasia
6. Oral contraceptives and smokers are also at high risk of cervical cancer.

Breast cancer

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. According to statistics, the incidence rate is 7-10% of various malignant tumors throughout the body. Its incidence is often related to heredity, and is higher in women between the ages of 40 and 60, before and after menopause. Only about 1-2% of breast patients are male. Malignant tumors that usually occur in the epithelial tissue of the breast glands. It is one of the most common malignant tumors that seriously affect women's physical and mental health and even endanger life. Men's breast cancer is rare.
The main symptoms are: breast lump , breast pain, nipple discharge, nipple changes, skin changes, and axillary lymph nodes . As long as the majority of women have a strong awareness of cancer prevention, comprehensively understand and master these knowledge, and do a good job of self-examination, with the improvement of medical care, I believe that cancer is not an incurable disease.
